Be sure to wash the food until the skin is not edible. Even if you do not eat the skin, it will touch the knife or cutter you use, the course will also touch the flesh of the fruit you eat.
Dispose of outer leaves of green vegetables such as lettuce and cabbage before washing. Also, be sure to wash the vegetables again claimed to have been washed by the seller.
